The Harrisburg Town Council holds its regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Town Hall, 4100 Main St. The council, led by Mayor Jennifer Teague, most recently adopted a $138.9 million budget in June while holding the property tax rate flat at 41 cents per $100 of assessed valuation.
